Every project has a fixed price, in writing, agreed after a free 30-minute call. There is no hourly billing. If something has a running cost, like AI usage or hosting, we estimate it with your numbers before you commit.
A business website usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks; a bigger system takes longer. You get a firm timeline in the written plan, and you click through a working version early, not a slide deck.
No. You tell us how your business runs, in your own words, and we do the rest. You try everything before it goes live, and you get a short walkthrough when we hand it over.
Usually, yes. Tools like Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, AppFolio or your CRM can often be connected, where your plan allows it. We check on the first call, before we quote, and tell you plainly if something can't be done.
It says so and passes the conversation to a person, instead of guessing. Your team gets everything said so far, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
You do, from day one. Everything is set up in your own accounts and written down, so it keeps working whether or not you keep working with us.
Yes. We build on business AI services that do not train on your data by default, and each tool can reach only the information it needs. A person approves anything sensitive, and we will sign an NDA before we see anything.
We hand over the code, the accounts and simple written notes, and we stay on to support you. New features or changes can be added at any time, on a fixed quote or a monthly plan you can cancel.
